Process

These are the steps of a Remote Online Notary Session

  • Payment

This starts the whole process. Count the number of notary signature locations, that's the quantity you need to purchase. After your purchase is complete you'll need to find your confirmation email.

  • Confirmation

You'll get an email that will confirm your purchanse has been successful. In the e-mail there will be a link to a web form where you will enter the information for everyone that will be signing. There's also a place where you can upload the document to be signed.

Once we receive the information and documents we'll review them and then get back in touch with you as soon as possible to schedule your Notary Session.

  • Document Prep

We take your PDF (uploaded or emailed) and prep it for the e-Sign process. Understand we're not lawyers - we don't give any advice on what you're signing - our role is to verify the identity of the signers and notarize the document you've signed.

  • Online Meeting

We use Zoom Meeting to facilitate the online meeting. If you haven't used Zoom before, it's an easy setup - you can signup for Zoom here. You'll receive an invitation to join the online meeting; once you enter the session, we'll be recording both audio and video. We'll verify everyone is present and move to ID Verification followed by signing.

  • ID Verification

The state of Texas requires that your ID must be verified via a third party. You'll need to have a US-issued Driver's License ready for the process. We'll walk you through the steps; it's quick and easy. Each person signing will be verified.

  • E-Sign

Once we've verified the ID's, you'll be emailed the document to e-sign. The process will walk you through the e-sign process; basically, you click to sign.

  • Notary Stamp

Once you complete the e-signing process, the documents will be ready for the e-Notary Stamp and Notary Signature.

  • Your Notarized Document

Once the session is complete, your notarized document will be e-mailed to you.
